Doctors who...

Are these sentences correct:
1-Doctors, who may earn more than 200,000 dollars a year, did not protest against the new measures.
2-Doctors, whose earnings might be above 200,000 dollars a year, did not protest against the new measures.
All of them were against the measures, although only some of them earn more than 200,000 dollars a year.

3-Doctors, who might have come into touch with the virus, were vaccinated.
All of the doctors were vaccinated, although only some of them had come into touch with the virus.
