Doctors' job?

I wrote a sentence about doctors' job which is "Doctors' job covers a variety of fields, including dentist, psychologist and vet."

I just want to know if my sentence is acceptable since I don't think that "dentist, psychologist and vet" is "fields". Many thanks.
