I'm thinking about getting my nose fixed by Doctor X. Or

I'm thinking about getting my nose fixed with Doctor X.

The first one is absolutely correct

As for the second I suppose it to be incorrect as "with" is usually the same as "by means of"(to eat with a fork, Make with the key!...)

The second sentence is okay. This is a rather unusual way to talk today. You used to hear this kind of speech in the US up until about the 1950's. "With" seems to give the sentence a more elegant or important sound.

This is similar to saying: I'm going to get my hair done with Supercuts. I'm going to get the party catered with Giorgio's. I'm going to get the dress made with Paulina
