It is necessary to write the complete generic name as it is the matter of medicine. You can not simply say: C&T. How come the other doctors understand c&t as it can be anything other than ciprofloxacin & tinidazole.
Also, you need to highlight the entire allergy part in the patient medical document/case history/discharge summary.
