Do you/Would You/Could you mind

Can you pls help me when will we use gerunds with these Modal verbs?

Top answer

A gerund is never used because of a modal verb. A modal is always followed by an infinitive. If a verb follows the verb mind , it is a gerund: I don't mind doing it.
