I read an interesting article in my newspaper today. Google receives over 1 million job applications every year. To find the best and brightest people, Google (and many other progressive companies) ask unusual and open-ended questions when interviewing people. The object is to find intelligent, thoughtful and original thinkers. Here is an example.
How would you weigh your head?
Would anyone like to try to answer?

I would go to office with my weighing scale. I would politely request my head to stand on the weighing scale, and take the reading. (Thanks Clive.

Hi, Your question is not easy, and I have been pondering over it for quite a long time. Hopefully, I will manage to figure it out soon. By the way, are you a representative of Google? Do you only have sheer interest in the respondents' ideas? It seems interesting, but I think your question is too hard to begin with. What do you think?
I posted it partly for fun, and partly because I wanted to show technical people from other countries that broad and creative thinking is valued by Western companies, even technology-oriented ones such as Google.
Okay, let me try. I feel the question itself is wrong. It'd rather be how would you weigh your brain? Please prove me wrong if I'm!
Taking this question into consideration, I'd say that I'd apply Archimedes' theory. Would sink my head into a tub of brimming water and weigh the water coming out from there. Ha ha
