Do you underline the version, volume, edition, etc., with the title of a book?

For example, do you underline all of

The Bee, Version 1.3

Frankly, I've never seen a bibliographic reference to a book that has a 'version'. If anything, book's have 'editions'. R.

Frankly, I've never seen a bibliographic reference to a book that has a 'version'. If anything, book's have 'editions'. However, only the title would be underlined:

'Palmer, F.R. (1988) The English Verb, 2nd edn, London: Longman'
