Do you say this?

Is this sentence(marked *) correct?

About how and when to use cell phones.
Schools have right to protect educational environment.
While students have right to protect their privacy so that their cell phones should not be taken away by teachers even when they misuse them.

*We cannot solve the problem from the point of view of one side.

I'm wondering if I can say "from the point of view of (only) one side"

Thanks in advance.
