Do you prefer public or private transportation?

I prefer to use public transportation. It helps people in many aspects. However, some people do not want to use public vehicles because it is inconvenient, but others inversely. They think there are a lot of benefits when they use this transportation, such as: save time, reduce air pollution, and reduce traffic jams.

First and foremost, saving time is the first advantage of public transportation. That means when people go somewhere, they do not need to find a parking space. For example, on the weekend, there are a lot of residents do not go to work, they want to drive their family go out and buy something that they need, so most parking spaces will be full, and they have to waste a lot of time finding a parking space. Therefore, someone chooses to travel by public vehicle, it is more convenient for them.

Moreover, air pollution also can be reduced when they use the vehicle in public more. If individuals use public vehicle, some problems about environment will be decreased because of declining in gas emissions and exhausting fumes from vehicles. For instance, the population is increasing in every nation these days, if each one drives by their own vehicles, the devastating will effect on the planet, leading to global warming in the future. Consequently, by using public vehicles, we will protect our environment effectively.

Finally, public transportation also helps to reduce traffic jams. If people use public vehicles, the amount of selling vehicles will be dropped because they do not need to buy private vehicles. A good illustration of that, there are many destinations for public transportation and it can pick up people in the public transport’s stop. Thus, it is easy for people who want to travel by public vehicles, to travel anywhere. In addition, they also feel comfortable when traveling in any weather conditions. Besides the convenience, public transport also accommodates many passengers, so they rather choose public vehicles instead of private vehicles, leading to reducing traffic jams. Hence, everyone should use public transports due to these reasons.

To sum up, public transportations benefit not only saving time, reducing air pollution but reducing traffic jams as well. Therefore, this brings many advantages for our planet and makes the environmentally-friendly in the future.
