Do you need "about" in each sentence?

Hi! I'd like to know whether I need to use about in each sentence below.

1) I am eager to let them know (about) my way of thinking.
2) I want to learn (about) what you think.
3) I need to learn (about) what I am incapable of.
4) I want to learn (about) how to drive.

My guess is only 1) requires "about." Is my understanding correct?
