Hello,

Which of the following sentences are correct?

1. Do you mind if one of my friends calls me by that name?
2. Do you mind when one of my friends calls me by that name?
3. Would you mind if one of my friends calls me by that name?
4. Would you mind when one of my friends calls me by that name?
