Do you like working for Vietnamese companies or foreign companies?

Viet Nam, with a developing economy, is receiving an FDI wave. As a result, many foreign companies have gradually appeared. That leaves workers two options whether working for Vietnamese companies or foreign companies. In my opinion, I prefer to work for a foreign company. This essay will clarify some reasons for my viewpoint.

The first and most important reason I want to work for a foreign company is to be paid adequately for my contribution. In a foreign company, my efforts will be rewarded worthier, because a foreign company is always aware that salary is one of the most important factors keeps staff devoting to the company.

The next reason is the multi-cultural environment. In a foreign company, especially a multinational company, there are a lot of co-workers from many countries of which I even never hear of the name. When I work in a multi-cultural environment, I always can learn something new and interesting which can help me a lot not only in my job but also in my life.

In conclusion, it is a fact that people have different options about where to work. Some people choose to work for Vietnamese companies, while others prefer to work for foreign companies. After considering the benefits and drawbacks, I would rather work for foreign companies, because then I will have a better material life and chance to improve myself from the multi-cultural environment.
