Many people may hold the opinion that eating out is better than eating at home, while others adhere an opposite view. I believe that eating at home is a better option because it is healthier and less expensive. I will explore these ideas below.

To begin with, I must say that nowadays people are more concerned by their health.. There is no doubt that eating outside can have a bad effect on our health. The food in restaurants and fast foods represent a danger to our health. Theses food can contain high amount of calories and sodium which can cause obesity and high blood pressure and other diseases. The experience of my cousin is a good example of what I mean. He had to move to a different city for a job. His job was demanding so he did not have a time to cook at home. He spent the entire first 6 months after he moved in eating outside such burgers, pizzas, always deliveries. These had affected adversely his health. He gained 40 pounds in six months and he started to have some health issues. The last time I heard from his mother that he was admitted in emergency room for very high blood pressure.

Furthermore, eating out is often more expensive than prepare it at home. The restaurants always charge us for different services which raise the price sometimes to the double of the real price. Almost for sure that eating at home is more economically. I can recall my experience. Last June I wanted to buy a car however my expenses did not allow me to do such purchase. Then my friend advised me to start do some saving. At that point I did not know how to save money, he suggested to cut of eating outside and some other unnecessary expenses. Before my conversation with him I never realized that I am spending a lot in eating outside. I followed his advice and I started to prepare my lunch at home and hold happy hours in my home instead going out. After one month, I was stunned that I have saved more than 1000 dollars only by eating home and avoiding any extra spends in restaurant.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that eating at home is better than eating outside .This is because it is healthier and less expensive.
