Grammar

Do you like him? VS. You like him?

Suddenly I was wondering if there is a meaning difference or nuance between these two question sentences or those kinds of sentences?

1) Do you like him?
2) You like him?

Is one form a more certain way of asking or is there no meaning difference or nuance between them?

Thank you so much in advance.

I think both are correct but it will depend when you are writing or speaking....while speaking you can ask as a question "You like him?" but when you are writing you must be careful about grammar so "Do you like him?" will be feasible....
