Do you like baseball, do you, Anderson?

Here is a short dialog from the movie "Mississippi Burning":

Mayor Tilman: Do you like baseball, do you, Anderson?

Anderson: Yeah, I do. You know, it's the only time when a black man can wave a stick at a white man and not start a riot.

My question is the following:

Why is it "Do you like baseball, do you, Anderson?" and not "Do you like baseball, don't you, Anderson?"

Thank you very much for the help.
