2) Gloria walks to the window and looks out, waiting impatiently for Jack to show up.

3) Waiting impatiently for Jack to show up, Gloria walks to the window and looks out.

4) Gloria walks to the window and looks out, impatient for Jack to show up.

Do you like any of these sentences?
