do you know when and where we should use 【if, provided (that) and providing(that)】? Whats the difference?

omitting (that)or not is the same ,right?

maybe provided=providing.?
for instance:
1.Providing [provided] there is no opposition, we shall hold the meeting here.
2.I will stay here provided [providing] the climate agrees with me.

thx.
