Do you know this Can you tell me?

When ever a word is given.

For example if the word “PLEASE” is given

Which alphabet we have to stress”P” OR “L” OR “E” “A” OR “S” OR “E”

How do we come to know?

Is there any rule for that?

Please guide me its quite urgent

I don't understand the question. "Please" has just one syllable, so there is no question about which part of it to stress. If you are asked to spell out a word, you would stress each letter equally, iunless someone misunderstood you the first time, in which case you would stress the letter that had been misunderstood.
