Do you know the football team which he belongs to?

Are the following two sentences correct?
If they are, which is more common?

Do you know the football team which he belongs to?
Do you know the football team to which he belongs?

I think both are correct but am not sure.

Are the following two sentences correct?
If they are, which is more common?

Do you know the football team which he belongs to?
Do you know the football team to which he belongs?

I think both are correct but am not sure.Yes, both are OK. However, commoner ways to say it are, eg

Do you know the football team he belongs to

Hi,
#1, because we usually tend to leave the preposition at the end, at least in speech and informal writing.
But consider that you could live for a period of years in an English-speaking country and not hear anyone say either of those particular sentences.
