Do you know the aphorism whith this sence?

I know one aphorism in russian by Rabindranath Tagore. But I can't find an english version of it. Can you please help me to find, or may be you know it. The sense of that aphorism something like:
When two hearts full of love, and beats from meeting to separation, there is enough just a little hint to understand each other.

Do you have such aphorism in english by Rabindranath Tagore?
