1. "Alex, do you know where I can download such videos?" correct
2. "Alex, do you know which web site I can download such videos from?" correct

3. "Alex, do you know from where I can download such videos?"
4. "Alex, do you know from which web site I can download such videos?

Hello,
Once a native English speaker in a forum told me that 1 and 2 are correct but nobody would ever say 3 and 4.
Why aren't 3 and 4 acceptable to be used? They both look good. I would be grateful if you give me some guidance on 3 and 4 that why nobody would ever say them (3 & 4).

I certainly would and have.

They both are fine. Some people don't like 'where' as a pronoun (#3)..
