Do you know anyone who is annoyed quite often? Can I replace this sentence with 'who get annoyed quite..'. Does both sentence has the same meaning? One more thing can is angried be used as a synonym of is annoyed here?

'angried' doesn't exist. The word is 'angered'. I don't think it is a suitable substitute.
