3. Do you know what time it is?

4. Do you know what time is it?

Which are correct? I would say: 1 and 3.

2. Do you know where does he live? No. But if you need to be emphatic, "Well, do you know where he does live?"

3. Do you know what time it is? yes

4. Do you know what time is it? no

Which are correct? I would say: 1 and 3. You're right!

I think I could also write: Do you know: What time is it?

It should be Do you know what time it is?

He asked, "What time is it?"
