Can one say

This trip won't do you that much good, it'll do you bad for that matter.

Whats the opposite of DO YOU GOOD??

There's no opposite with a similar construction. (If you say "it'll do you bad," people will understand you, but they'll assume you're making up the expression on the spot. ) You could say something like this: This trip won't do you much good.
