I showed him the wound in my abdomen, but he didn’t mind at all.

The sentence is well-constructed, but I would suggest a different ending, which may be what you are trying to say: ...but it didn't bother him at all. [ I mean that it didn't upset him as you might have expected it would. Does this make sense as an improvement? ]
