Do you expect others do/to decide for you

Hi, I find that I've had a hard time to choose between the right one between these two and don't even know if the first one is correct grammatically. If they are both correct grammatically, is the distinction between them, subtle?
  1. Do you expect others do decide for you? or
  2. Do you expect others to decide for you?
Please, please help me. Thanks.

But wait a minute! The reason I write "I've had" is because I reckon my problem is still persist, up to this moment. Am I correct about the "have had" usage? Could you please suggest the alternative if I'm at the wrong side?

Thanks.

Thanks, Mr. Micawber.

BTW, I heard that Mr. *** can also be written as Mr ***, i.e. without the dot, is that right?

Yes, that has been the way in BrE for some time now, and it is becoming more acceptable everywhere these days, so these are all OK (unless your boss prefers one over the other): Mr, Mr., Mrs, Mrs., Dr, and Dr. On the other hand, remember that Ms cannot be written with a dot, since it is not an abbreviation (as is the case of course with
