My Question, is it possible to say "Do you ever felt...." because i found this on many websites, english learning websites, too.

Is it some kind of spoken english or something like that?

but i read in a post made here before, that it is possible, because "do you ever" can be a spot anywhere in tim, even past...?

No. Your understanding is incomplete. Do you ever (the simple present) is called 'timeless'; with verbs of action it can refer to no specific time, but to times generally. In any case, that is irrelevant to the fact that you cannot use the past form (felt) with present do.
