Do you CAPITALIZE .....

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please, can you tell me, do you capitalize the SENTENCE in REgards? (RE: "______________.")
For example:

RE: THE JUNE 22, 2010 MEETING

or

RE: The June 22, 2010 meeting

I forgot :-(

If you work in an office, have a look at how other people do it, and do it the same way.
