Are the following sentences grammatically correct?
"Do you believe that one should let things go with members of your family, even if you know they are making mistakes, or is it better to confront them, and have a big argument?"

The switch from "one" to "you/your" is undesirable. Unless it is a formal context, I would just replace "one" with "you".
