I personally champion this idea that learning second language should be necessitated for children for two reasons. First of all, scientific researches show that since learning both mathematics and language skills are done by the same lobe of the brain, learning second language would also benefit improving mathematical and logical skills especially in children. What's more, our era is the communication age which means having more relationships lead to having a better life. Apparently language as the most powerful tool for communicating would benefit children's future life.
