It is also a motivation for other employees to work harder and achieve working result as they also have a chance to receive these benefits. Take my brother as an example, he joined a property company as a sales coordinator, however, after 3 months, he boosted the sales of the company and received bonus that triples that of others in the same position.
More importantly, business who has a various welfare package easily appeal to potential job seeker. Due to the fact that talented candidates usually request more benefits such as travel expenses or accommodation costs, it is necessary that employers are flexible to meet the requirement of these applicants if they want to compete with other ones who may be willing to pay higher. Thanks to the different fringe benefits, they can recruit the top talents.
In conclusion, various welfare package will be a suitable and realistic option for many companies in a competitive labor market. They are able to inspire loyalty from their employees, establish a fair working environment, along with attract qualified nominees.
