Do we have to use adjective complements just after adjectives?

Oh no, it is not what I meant. I meant "I am eager to play computer games but to hang out with my friends, I am not really eager." by the last question.

Is this sentence grammatically correct and understandable even if it is really strange and not told by a native speaker or it is not grammatical at all.(not going well with English rules)
