Do vs. have

1. A: Do you have a pen?
B: Yes, I (do, have)___.


2. A: Have you got a club card?
B: Yes, I (do, have)___.

3. A: Did you have a good night sleep?

B: Yes, I (did, had)___.


4. A: Have you done your homework?
B: Yes, I (did, have)___.

5. A: Have you seen that movie?
B: Yes, I have. (or)

B: Yes, I saw that movie. (or)

B: Yes, I did see that movie.


Could you please tell me which is the correct verb to use for B's replies to A's questions?
In #5, how is 'saw' different in meaning from 'did see' in the above context?

Just guessing, I would base my answer on the first word of A's question as follows:

1. do
2. have
3. did
4. have
5. have

However, I wonder if the other choice(s) in each B's reply is also possible especially in #'s 2 & 5.
With regard to the difference in 'saw' and 'did see', I really don't know the answer, sorry.
