2. A: Have you got a club card? B: Yes, I (do, have)___.
3. A: Did you have a good night sleep?
B: Yes, I (did, had)___.
4. A: Have you done your homework? B: Yes, I (did, have)___.
5. A: Have you seen that movie? B: Yes, I have. (or)
B: Yes, I saw that movie. (or)
B: Yes, I did see that movie.
Could you please tell me which is the correct verb to use for B's replies to A's questions? In #5, how is 'saw' different in meaning from 'did see' in the above context?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Just guessing, I would base my answer on the first word of A's question as follows:
1. do 2. have 3. did 4. have 5. have
However, I wonder if the other choice(s) in each B's reply is also possible especially in #'s 2 & 5. With regard to the difference in 'saw' and 'did see', I really don't know the answer, sorry.
I'm happy now I know that only one answer to each question is possible because at first I wasn't sure if either could be used. Thank you for the answers & the explanation regarding 'saw' and 'did see'. I very much appreciate it!
