a. Military attacked the families, doing the search operation.

b. Military attacked the families, did the search operation.

c. Military attacked the families and did the search operation.

Now my question are below:

1. What is the difference in meaning among the three sentences above?

2. Do the three sentences above express the meaning?

3. Can they be used interchangeably?
