Do they sound correct?

1) The building is being costructed. When the construction finishes, the building will reach upto 100 floors.

2) The building is being constructed. When the contruction finishes, the building will be as high as 100 floor.

3) The ride is going up so high as if it almost touches the sky.
4) When the ride reaches its peak, you feel like falling off the ride.
5) The guy is etched with tiredness. His face is awfully weathered and abrasive.
