Do they make sense

For examples:
"He judged her as if no one can't be arrogant."
"He judged her like no one can't be arrogant."

I corrected that on grammatical grounds. The double negative would make the sentence totally absurd.

I think what the poster intends to say is "He thinks I am arrogant as if/like no one can be arrogant".

I agree. I found it as a bad translation. Apart from that, I agree that "as if" is similar in meaning with "like".
