Do these words/phrases basically mean the same?

Hi. Please help. Let's say a teacher has prepared a file containing self-made worksheets. Could he write this short email? Do the underlined parts mean basically the same? Thank you in advance.

Dear XXX,

Here is the worksheet file. Please take a look/Please look it over/Please look at it and please let me know if you have any questions. I have prepared it myself/on my own.
