Can we use so much, too much,very much and much in questions, in negative, in positive sentences alone and with the uncountable nouns?like, A.you ate very/too/so much (rice). B. Did you eat very/too/so much (rice)? C. I didn't eat very/too/so much (rice).

A. It depends on you/your responding to him. B. I am proud of his/him getting that achievement.
C. I am jealous of your/you being honored. D. I am suspicious about your/you getting your work done. E. He apologized to me for his/him insulting me. F. I am taking the advantage of your/you making him happy .
Can we use possessive gerunds and noun clauses after all preposition. I mean we don't need to remember when to use right? If the sentence makes sense then we can use noun clauses ,gerundsand possesive gerund right??no need to remember when to use .
