Do these sentences have the same meaning?

Do those sentences have the same meaning and they are interchangable?

1) Did you do something else?

2) Did you do anything else?

If not, would you explain how the meanings of those sentences are different?

I guess the second one is about asking what someone has done additionally..... but I am not so sure of the first one...
