No. You're using 'will' (it'll) which means the future - are you sure you mean this? Either way, 'much easier' is right or 'more straightforward' if you wanted to use 'more'.

"What did you expect?" OK.

"Did you think it'll be much more easier?" No. "Did you think it would be much easier?" You can't use "more" with "easier". "Easier" means "more easy". "Did you think it'll ..." puts you in the past so if you use a future tense ("it'll") it'll have to be in quotes: "Did you think 'it'll be easier'?"
