“Do the neighbourhood”?

Hello guys, a friend of mine sent me an interesting picture.

The poster thing says “Order sometimes does the neighbourhood”.

Does this make sense?

To me and him, it doesn’t.

We wonder if “do the neighbourhood” is a fixed expression that has a particular meaning.

FYI, the words written above the English line say something like “it might take some time to get your noodles ready, depending on how hard you’d like them to be”.

YukiKanda“Order sometimes does the neighbourhood”.

You and your friend are right. It makes no sense at all.
