Do the dictionary not know which is correct?

I've have written this to get an explanation, it seems that even the dictionaries don't know which is correct

Which is correct?
Because of you, my daughter and I have reconciled.
Because of you I reconciled with my daughter.
Because of you I was reconciled with my daughter.
Because of you I became reconciled with my daughter.

You will most probably say

Because of you I was reconciled with my daughter.

When I hear the above, I feel like they have already made up and not actually making up.

Look at the difference between the following

Because of you I was made up with my daughter.
Because of you I made up with my daughter. ACTIVE

I feel like reconcile would sound better if used ACTIVELY like
1 Because of you, my daughter and I have reconciled.
2 Because of you I reconciled with my daughter.

Furthermore, it seems not all dictionaries say the same thing

Cambridge
be reconciled › When two people are reconciled, they become friendly again after they have argued: They were finally reconciled with each other, after not speaking for nearly five years.
<---- PASSIVE

Macmillan
[intransitive/transitive] if you reconcile two people or groups, or if they reconcile, they become friendly again after a disagreement
The couple has been making every effort to reconcile. <---- ACTIVE

reconcile someone with someone:
It was his father's wish that he become reconciled with his family. <---- PASSIVE

Free Dictionary
To reestablish a close relationship, as in marriage: The estranged couple reconciled after a year.
<--- ACTIVE

2. reunite, bring back together, make peace between, pacify, conciliate He never believed he and Susan would be reconciled. <---- PASSIVE
3. make peace between, reunite, propitiate, bring to terms, restore harmony between, re-establish friendly relations between my attempt to reconcile him and Toby<--- ACTIVE

Why can't it be HE NEVER BELIEVED HE AND SUSAN WOULD RECONCILE.

1. to cause (people) to become friendly again, eg after they have quarrelled. Why won't you be reconciled (with him)? <---- PASSIVE
Why isn't it WHY WON'T YOU RECONCILE (WITH HIM)?

I will repost this to get other native speaker's opinion.
Thank you

I cant seem to find a dictionary that states "be reconciled" and "reconcile" are both correct.

When dictionaries list the forms of the verb, they don't usually include the passive voice, nor do they typically give separate definitions for the passive voice usage.

"To reconcile" and "to be reconciled" are both correct.
