Do someone justice

Hi,

“The picture doesn’t do him justice.”

This is what I usually hear.

“The picture isn’t doing him justice.”

This is what I heard in a podcast I was listening to the other day.

Can it also be used?

Thank you.

Ann225 Can it also be used? I wouldn't unless there was a good reason to, but I can't think of a good reason.

Yes.
