Do someone a favor and bring it up to him later

What is the word when you need some help and somebody will help you out, but you know he/she is going bring it to your attention/ remind you of that help and possibly make you feel you always owe him something or use it as a weapon to get sth out you. This help was not out of pure friendship. Something like "Do a favor to put an obligation on his shoulder". Thanks
