Do some journalists translate English newspapers? SOME/ANY?

Hi guys,

I would need your help. Could you please check the question in the subject and help me to explain why there is used SOME instead of ANY? Because there is usually used ANY in questions. I know that sometimes we use SOME in offering questions but this one it isn´t so I am a bit confused:(
