Do ski and on Saturdays morning

Hi.

I have read all your comments on do /play a sport. They are very interesting and clear to me.

What I couldn´t find is: Can someone say: ??

Last month when I went to Bariloche I did ski, I visited the museum and I did trecking with my family.

Another doubt, completely out of the blue. Can we say "on Saturdays morning"? meaning every Saturday morning?

Thank you very much!
