do plus present perfect?

someone asked me:
have you received my request.
can i say: Yes, i DO have received it.
I know that i can say yes i have received or yes, i do or but the question is that:
CAN I USE TO DO VERB WITH PRESENT PERFECT FOR EMPHASIZING SOMETHING LIKE ABOVE?

Impossible. Yes, I HAVE received it is what you want.

"do", "does", and "did" can't combine with other auxiliary verbs (have, be, and the modals). (No "do can", "did was", etc.)
