Do people really use this kind of expression/idiom?

1.Send someone to graze. (fire, go for a vacation)
For example, "I sent him to graze" means "I fired him" and also "I sent him on a holiday"..?

2.Be sacred from (avoid)
For example, "he is sacred from penalty." means "He avoided from getting penalty"

Do native english speak really use this kind of expression or idiom?

I saw these on korean dictionary but I was like wth? I also googled it and nobody were using these and I guess the first one is some kind of old joke from a movie and the dictionary editor simply put this on their dictionary..?
