Do or make graffiti

Hello,

I'm wondering which verb is correct: "to do" or "to make graffiti"?
I googled both and there're many examples on each.

Thank you

Hi,

I prefer 'write graffiti'.

(It quite often consists of writing.)

Thank you.
So, neither do nor make is a proper collocation for a graffiti?

Hi,

They both get Google hits, but they sound clumsy to me.
You could also say eg 'He draws graffiti.'

Don't say 'a graffiti' for a particular instance. Say
eg some graffiti
