Do me this

Can we say "do me this" instead of "do this for me" and "do this to me" and "do this on me"?

Whatever rule it is, does it apply to all verbs?

"do me this" hardly seems possible, at least not in the BrE that I speak. If it means anything, it probably would mean "do this for me" rather than any of the other alternatives that you mention. I don't suggest that you use it.
